Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES--- Leads, engages, and provides subject matter expertise in the understanding of Agile best practices especially as the practices relate to the Sponsor's Enterprise Agile Framework.
* Demonstrated experience serving, coaching, supporting development teams and product owners in Agile.
* Demonstrated experience leading Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Product Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
* Demonstrated knowledge of agile concepts such as capacity, velocity, story point estimation.
* Demonstrated experience with communication across organizational boundaries with respect and candorREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS--- Active TS/SCI + Poly clearance
* Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experienceWork experience can be used/combined with education
* Scrum Master Certification
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS--- Demonstrated experience with presenting and briefing large audiences (-so participants).
* Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple resources within the Sponsor and the Sponsors office.
* Demonstrated experience planning agile-related events such as internal conferences.
