Representative:** Handle inbound calls regarding insurance claims,
address change, change of beneficiary, etc.* Address and resolves
member services inquiries through phone and email* Educate
prospective members on various products* Assist with data entry,
managing the mail, and sending out letters to members* Assist with
the system testing as needed*Qualifications for Membership Services
Representative:** Prior life insurance experience preferred* Prior
Customer Service and office experience* Bachelors degree is nice to
have, but not required* Strong communication skills both written
and communication* Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and
Internet Experience* Organized, great attention to detail,
thoroughness* Ability to work independently#GAJOBJob Type:
