estimates to support plans, programs and activities, including
defending budget estimates before authorities.--- You will review
and evaluate budget requests as well as report obligations and
expenditures.--- You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits
of alternative methods of financial management of organization's
programs and administrative operations.--- You will implement legal
and regulatory controls over approved budgets.--- You will
implement internal controls and provide advice on effective and
efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support
organizational programs and activities.--- You will manage various
financial databases to establish multi-year program finding
profiles.--- You will serve as Marine Corps action officer for
Government Accountability Office (GAO) auditsRequirements

Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired

position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012,

1300.26.--- This position may require travel from normal duty
station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated
sitesYou must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft
for extended periods of time.--- You will be required to complete
training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel
and travel-related purchasesQualifications Your resume must also
demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or
equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal
service or equivalent experience in the private or public

performance in budget analysis, performing and advising in systems
of budget administration, analyzing costs and benefits of financial
management, and other fiscal, accounting, or financial management
