Job Description:
Duties--- You will serve as team lead and subject matter expert
for workforce analysis efforts.--- You will lead or participate in
manpower planning and resources allocation efforts in accordance
with established requirements.--- You will lead or participate in
workforce or survey data analysis and reporting to include making
recommendations or providing advice and guidance to management,
supervisors, and/or employees as required.--- You will consult and
coordinate with other analysts and management personnel and make
recommendations designed to achieve process improvements to an
increase in effectiveness, efficiency, and economy of
operations.--- You will manage work assignment and distribution
among Analysis Team members and ensure that mission and assignments
are met as established by directions and deadlines.--- You will
develop, review or update workforce-related policies (Orders;
Directives; Instructions, etc.) as directed and meet established
deadlines.--- You will lead, conduct or participate in Return on
Investment (ROI) Studies as directed to meet established
deadlinesRequirements Conditions of Employment--- Must be a US

(GS-11) or pay band (NH-02) in the federal service or equivalent
