Job Description:
Our rapidly growing client based in Dulles, VA is looking for a
Controller-Director of Finance. Will be responsible for financial
operations, supporting acquisition initiatives, general
administration and leading a staff of 4. The ideal profile includes
a CPA with experience with early stage hi-growth environments, a
hands-on leadership style with strategic outlook and excellent
interpersonal skills. Ideal candidates have experience with
services and/or construction industries and entities with multiple
business units and /or franchises and should be very systems
savvy.Compensation is up to $140K plus bonus, commensurate with
