• Degree in finance/accounting or related fieldExperience or educational courses related to project accounting and relevant tasks
  • Understanding and performance of billing related duties on any relevant construction projects
  • Familiarity of billing documents and administrative paperwork for invoicing etc.
  • Strong understanding of vendor compliance and regulatory oversight
  • Coordinating onboarding documentation not limited to W-9 processing and related documents
  • Processing and coordinating change orders
