Job Description:

Overview:The Shared Accounting Services Associate (Part time) will be part of a team responsible for ensuring functions of Operational Accounting are completed timely, consistently, and accurately. The SAS Associate (Part time) will report directly to the Accountant II, Supervisor, or Manager responsible for their primary role.
Responsibilities:

Assist in tracking major project approvals and cash expenditures.Assist in reviewing and documenting transactional activity associated with capital project spending and inventory management.Assist in the review of the Fixed Asset Master file and maintenance of the fixed asset ledger.Assist in audit review of asset and inventory tracking.Assist in park review of lease accounting.Assist team in auditing assets as assigned and in documenting procedures.Update purchase order maintenance and respective activity based on communication with Park divisional maintenance requests.Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
An applicant should possess 2-year degree in accounting or related field from an accredited business or technical college. Preference includes two years of business experience with proven knowledge based of project accounting.
