Perspecta is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories Responsibilities * Manage all Finance & Business Operations functions for a $200M division within the Intelligence Group (IG) in Chantilly, VA. * Proposal development/cost strategy, annual budget planning, monthly P&L and overhead analysis, working capital/cash flow projections, revenue recognition * Responsible for all aspects of employee management including recruitment, training, establishing work assignments, and other personnel actions for the F&BO staff Qualifications * BS with a minimum of 10 years' experience * Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Experience in providing expert analysis, advice and recommendations to executive directors and senior managers within a similar environment * Risk and opportunity identification and mitigation/capture * Demonstrated understanding of business principles and practices * Detailed knowledge and understanding of relevant Business Operations-related accounting principles, practices and standards * Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction with the ability to deal with internal and external clients and users in high pressure situations. * Proven success in new program start-up or significant growth of an existing business operation * Demonstrated capacity to plan, lead, train and manage an organization * Experience with change management principles, practices and strategy * Familiarity/experience with CP, FP, FP/LOE, incentive fee, award fee, T&M structured contracts * Demonstration of a can-do attitude and adaptability to a dynamic environment * Experience building and/or evaluating business case The successful candidate must exhibit the leadership skills and behaviors that align with the Full Spectrum Leadership Imperatives of Shaping the Future, Building Effective Relationships, Energizing the Team, Delivering Results and Modeling Personal Excellence, Integrity and Accountability.
