With over 10 Ford Senior Master Technicians on staff, you'll have the opportunity to learn directly from some of the best in the industry in an air-conditioned shop, all while earning top pay. We place a strong emphasis on training and development. As a Quick Lane Technician, you will be sent to factory Ford training on a regular basis and encouraged to continuously expand your skills. This role is designed to be transitional, preparing you for long-term growth and advancement within our service department. Quick Lane Technicians are responsible for providing fast, efficient, and high-quality maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid checks, and multi-point inspections. Job Requirements: - Previous technician or automotive maintenance experience preferred, but training available for motivated candidates. - Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform routine maintenance services. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. - Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. - High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Professional, safety-focused attitude required. - Must be punctual, dependable, and eager to learn. - Open to part-time applicants, including college students pursuing automotive careers.
