Job Description:
Service Program and Plans Analyst The Opportunity: Provide
support to a Service Headquarters organization in the analysis of
service programs and plans. Analyze and evaluate complex policies ,
processes, and systems for the integrated implementation of joint
and service plans. Coordinate and collaborate with Service planners
on national-level documents and contingency plans for the client
and the Joint Staff. Advise and prepare senior leadership for
decisions and key leader e nga gements related to Combatant Command
operational plans, the Global Force Management ( GFM ) Enterprise
of processes, and the related strategic documents and plans. Attend
planning activities, working groups, and forums as required. Keep
various Service, DoD, and Joint Staff stakeholders aligned on
Service plans and implementation. You Have: 5 years of experience
working with the Department of Defense 5 years of experience
supporting military planning, including deliberate, contingency,
and crisis, and operational planning teams Experience with Global
Force Management ( GFM ) and the asso cia ted strategic documents,
including GFMIG, GEF, JSCP, and CPG Knowledge of military command
structure, missions, roles, and organizational structures Knowledge
of the plans portfolios for the Geographic Combatant Commands (
GCCs ) and the Functional Combatant Commands ( FCCs ) Ability to
manage multiple competing deadlines Secret clearance Master’s
degree Graduate of a Military Planners School such as SAW, SAMS,
MOPC, or JAWS Nice If You Have: Experience working within a
Combatant Command or Service Headquarters Experience briefing U.S.
military General Officers or senior executive-level offi cia ls
Experience coordinating across military branches on national policy
, strategy, and plans Ability to advise, negotiate, and persuade
various military offi cia ls and senior leaders to endorse
recommendations and adhere to guidance, policies , and regulations
Possession of excellent research and analysis skills Possession of
excellent verbal and written communication skills Completion of
Joint Professional Military Education ( JPME ) II Clearance:

various factors, including but not limited to location, the
individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge,
skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific
affordability and organizational requirements. The projected
compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00
(annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical
salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz
Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will
