Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support
K-5th grade students with speech and communication needs. This
opportunity is based in Owings Mills, MD, with options for travel
assignments. Part-time positions (20-30 hours per week) are also
considered, allowing for flexible schedules. The role begins in
January and focuses on delivering direct speech and language
therapy services within the school setting. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K-5th
grade students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
based on assessment results Collaborate with teachers, parents, and
school staff to support student communication goals Track student
progress and maintain detailed documentation Participate in
Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to
goal setting Preferred Qualifications: Valid SLP
certification/licensure for school settings Experience working with
children in early elementary grades (K-5) Ability to manage a
caseload effectively in a school environment Strong communication
and interpersonal skills Flexibility to travel as needed for school
assignments Location and Working Conditions: Position is located in
Owings Mills, Maryland Available as full-time or part-time (20-30
hours) options School-based work with a focus on early childhood
and elementary age groups Travel assignments may require occasional
