Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in the
Richmond, VA area, serving schools within the Henrico County Public
Schools district. This contract role begins as soon as possible and
runs through May 29, 2026, offering the opportunity to work with
diverse student caseloads across various age groups. Key
Responsibilities: Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for
students with speech and language disorders Collaborate with
teachers, parents, and support staff to develop individualized
education plans (IEPs) Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques
tailored to each student's needs Supervise Speech-Language
Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and onsite facilitators Maintain
accurate and timely documentation of services and progress notes
Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active
Virginia SLP license Experience working in school settings
preferred Ability to manage various caseloads and age groups
effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Location: Richmond, VA area within Henrico County Public Schools
