Responsibilities
Identify, assess, and incorporate interconnected and interoperable tools and software to drive transformation. Create, deliver, and maintain Tools Needs and Gaps Report. - Create, deliver, and maintain standardized and centralized workflow process to enable transparent task and MS&A task management and execution. Create, deliver, and maintain a SE and MS&A workflow visualization. Support the implementation of architecture management processes and methods into the interconnected and interoperable DE approach---including creating, delivering, and maintaining the process, method, and policy updates, standards, guidance, visualization, and dashboard standardization. Maintain data assurance of requirements, allocations, traceability and V&V. Lead implementation of enterprise schedule management processes and procedures.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• 
  
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly;
  
• MS + 8 or more yrs exp; or Bachelor's + 10 yrs or more exp
  
• Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility
  
• Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• OCSMP Fundamental Certification
  -Desired Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • BS or MS in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics desired
    
  • Experience providing Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA) support to NRO
