MEM/MECM EngineerJob Category: EngineeringTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: SecretEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: Continental USCACI is looking for a skilled Microsoft Endpoint Management (MEM) Engineer, specializing in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM, formerly SCCM) to support the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) program. - The candidate will join a team of engineers responsible for engineering and implementing an enterprise Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Solution. - The UEM solution shall be capable of managing all Windows and Bring Your Own Approved Device (BYOAD) endpoints.On the EITaaS program, CACI will deliver enhanced capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ITSM solution, enterprise service desk, endpoint management and security solution, as well as CONUS/OCONUS field support and life cycle support for end user devices to enable the DAF to transition focus from IT operations to mission operations.What you'll get to do:Serve as an experienced MECM engineer assisting with the design and implementation of the MECM/Intune solution for the DAF.More About The Role:Ensuring the design of the solution is scalable to meet DAF needs/growthEstablishing procedures based on industry best practices for both routine and zero-day patch managementDeploy applications and application updates based on defined criteriaRemediate issues related to failed patches or applications and conflicts related to patching--- -Create documentation/SOPs for new procedures and manual steps to complete tasks for soft hand-offs and cross-training of support personnel -Operate and maintain the overall MECM infrastructure supporting the enterpriseTrack all relevant SLA/SLRs and provide reports as requiredCollaborate with DAF enterprise and program security teams to ensure requirements are met within allotted timeframesCommunicate effectively and collaboratively with customers, stakeholders, and peersYou'll Bring These Qualifications:Experience testing, deploying, and troubleshooting the installation of Microsoft and third-party software updatesExperience building/deploying application packages in SCCM 2012/MECM Current BranchExperience managing a large MECM infrastructureExperience managing Windows Servers and Workstations (mobile devices a plus)Experience with Adaptiva OneSite/Client HealthExperience working in a DoD environmentFamiliarity with STIG requirementsFamiliarity with ITILv4Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologiesStrong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePointBachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fieldAn active DoD secret clearance / Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance7+ Years of relevant experienceExcellent verbal and written commuincation skillsThese Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have:Experience with ServiceNowActs independently to expose and resolve problemsWhat We Can Offer You:We've been named a Best Place to Work by the Washington Post.Our employees value the flexibility at CACI that allows them to balance quality work and their personal lives.We offer competitive benefits and learning and development opportunities.We are mission-oriented and ever vigilant in aligning our solutions with the nation's highest priorities.For over 60 years, the principles of CACI's unique, character-based culture have been the driving force behind our success.Company Overview: At CACI, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact by providing information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian customers.
