Job Description:
ManTech, a pivotal leader in delivering cutting-edge
technological services for the U.S. intelligence community, the
Department of Defense, and other federal entities, is seeking a
seasoned Lead Systems Engineer. This role is critical in supporting
our nations strategic and tactical operations by developing,
integrating, and maintaining advanced technology systems. The
candidate will lead a team of engineers and interface with
multidisciplinary groups to ensure the robustness and security of
mission-critical projects, making direct impacts on national
security. Direct and manage system requirement studies and the
integration and testing of complex systems. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize systems
that meet security and performance requirements. Lead the
troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts related to software and
system architecture. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to
the engineering team. Assure system and product quality by
designing testing methods; testing finished products and system
capabilities. Prepare and present project progress and technical
reports to management and clients. Expertise in systems engineering
methodologies and lifecycle management. Strong analytical and
critical thinking skills, adept in complex problem-solving.
Proficient in software development tools, scripting languages, and
databases. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and government IT
security protocols. Experience in leading, coaching, and managing
engineering teams. Excellent verbal and written communication
