government forward! You Are: The Technical Director will apply data
engineering principles to develop reusable workflows including
ingestion, quality, transformation and optimization. They will
build scalable data pipelines using exact, transform and load tools
and deploy data solutions to production environments. They will
also, migrate data from legacy data warehouses using cloud
architecture principles., automate the flow of data for
consumption, build business processes that enable data governance
and design and advise on data quality rules and set up effective
data compliance policies. The Work: Thought Leadership and
Innovation Be an Innovation partner to the Intel Sector’s
leadership team to conceptualize new solutions, GTM plans, and
incubate new solutions. Specific emphasis on support to the “Intel
Agencies” Account. Be a trusted innovation advisor to the Intel
Sector growth team, supporting greenfield solutions across the
Sector and D&I Portfolio more broadly. AI Leadership Be a
trusted advisor to senior AI leaders to support development of
AI-first, AI-centric delivery and growth strategies in Intel,
D&I, and AFS Collaborate with senior leaders to support,
maintain, and grow a culture of top technical performers and
innovators Relationships/Awareness Maintain a deep understanding of
the Intel Sector and a strong awareness of D&I, AFS, & LLP
solutions/assets Collaborate with senior leadership and other
stakeholders to ensure that growth initiatives are aligned with
organizational priorities and goals Provide monthly update to Intel
Sector CAL and leaders Consider training and development needs for
teams and provide targeted support and resources New Business
Growth Leadership (Shape/Capture/Pursue) Identify resources to
build RFIs and White Papers; Review all artifacts submitted
Assist/advise Intel Sector teams on capture, vehicles, resources
(capture, P2W, SA, QA, etc) Confirm and (when necessary) identify
resources to write and review responses Participate in color teams
to ensure high-quality, compelling responses Conduct regular
pipeline reviews to ensure opportunities are reflected and
leadership has awareness of opportunities on the horizon Manage New
Business Meeting (NBM) process (review NBMs, scheduling, ensuring
team conducts on appropriate timeline) Here's What You Need: 20
years of experience in applied technology with 15 years of
experience in defense consulting and market development. Deep
understanding of Intelligence Community mission space Strong
network across IC and the related technology space. Executive
presence and technical acumen to act as a bridge between
engineering resources and C-suite executives across government,
commercial partners, and AFS. Experienced in developing
relationships with data and technology alliance partners. Proven
record of incubating new market viable capabilities with emerging
technology and shaping and winning work respectively. Experienced
P&L leader with a history of managing a diverse portfolio of
initiatives and achieving consistent growth, profitability, and
client satisfaction. Recognized for cultivating high-performing
teams, developing next-generation leaders, and driving evolution
through innovation, collaboration, and accountability. The Extras:

hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California,
Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New
Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia,
and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in
these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture
Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors,
including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and
level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide

California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts,

of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is: $204,900 - $396,900 USD
