ResponsibilitiesJob Title: Project Engineer IIILocation: Chantilly, VAAs a member of the Program Management Team, the chosen candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic personnel and business solutions spanning the full life cycle of talent acquisition in support of the program.In conjunction with the PM & Deputy PM, selected candidate will be responsible for execution of workforce planning initiatives, labor and cost management, and contractual and programmatic functions in support of a classified program supporting the Intelligence Community. The candidate will be responsible for facilitating new employee orientation and the on-boarding process to ensure a positive employment experience. Additionally, they will partner with subcontracts, staffing and teammates to identify qualified talent aligned with program rate structures in order to meet LOE, swing and maintain competitive profit margins.Key responsibilities include: Application of data driven metrics to provide a solutions-oriented approach and recommendation to management in response to business challenges. Effectively communicate with the leadership team and team members to enable collaboration and ensure productive and professional relationships. Implement and execute processes and controls to ensure successful execution and reporting of corporate and customer initiatives on the program. Develop and execute processes and procedures to include staffing, employee training, on-boarding/off-boarding, strategic communications, travel, etc. Coordinate with the Leadership team to develop a knowledge management strategy to include mentoring and development initiatives for the workforce. Assist the PM and DPM in providing end-to-end project management support by planning, and coordinating activities. Provide a program perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements. QualificationsPosition Requirements: BA/BS in Business Management, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Requires 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD. Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance. Experience with staffing processes and procedures, EEOC and fair hiring practices. Demonstrated knowledge management tools and processes. Strong acumen in MS Office applications (Excel focused). Effective written and verbal communication skills with high level of detail. Highly organized. Proven adaptability as demonstrated through experience with daily interaction on-site with corporate leaders and government customers. Strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills. Desired Skills: Experience with GEOINT, SIGINT and/or COMM systems and overall space and ground architecture. Experience with core Systems Engineering Disciplines (Requirements, Schedule, Risk, Readiness, System Closure, VV&T, etc.).
