Job Description:

Golfzon America, a subsidiary of Golfzon Co Ltd., seeks a Vice President of Revenue to join our rapidly growing team in Sterling, VA. Since the establishment of Golfzon America in 2016, we have grown rapidly by providing state of the art, advanced 3D golf simulators. We pride ourselves on being a bestselling, global golf simulator company and have received numerous awards to include the Golf Digest Editors' Choice Award from 2017-2021 for best golf simulator in premium and luxury categories. Golfzon has a presence in 62 countries with 6,200 sites around the world and 65 million rounds of golf played on Golfzon simulators annually.
The Vice President of Revenue is responsible for creating and driving Golfzon's revenue strategy. The ideal candidate will provide leadership for collaborative partnerships and sales, achieve revenue objectives with appropriate growth initiatives, and participate directly in B2B and B2C sales for key opportunities. This position will work closely Golfzon's leadership team to develop and implement sales programs and processes and market strategies and business development initiatives that generate revenue. Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee sales representatives and partner with operations leaders and their teams, serving as the subject matter expert in B2B and B2C sales
  • Participate in hiring, performance management, and ongoing employee development activities to continuously enhance Golfzon's revenue capabilities
  • Effectively communicate revenue management strategies and results to key stakeholders
  • Maintain active lead management and sales funnel activity with partners
  • Strategically utilize and understand different revenue opportunities, to include competitors and other partnerships or relationships, which offer revenue opportunities
  • Prepare reports such as annual pricing plans/strategies, weekly and monthly revenue management reports, forecasts and other revenue management related reporting
  • Closely analyze different marketing opportunities to attract new potential business and retain current customers
  • Create pricing proposals and complete follow-up tracking
  • Track and report company wide sales and marketing objectives
  • Design and implement joint marketing plans with business partners and sales teams
  • Work closely with Golfzon's Sales and Marketing team to produce assets in support of Golfzon's strategy
  • Proactively manage and anticipate channel conflicts
  • Proactively partner and secure participation in Golfzon PR events and activities
    Qualifications, Experience and Skill Requirements:
    • 10-15 years' revenue or sales leadership experience driving B2B/B2C sales
    • Team player who is goal-oriented with a desire to build a high-performing sales team
    • Demonstrated ability to grow and close accounts, selling a combination of products and services
    • Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding revenue and sales objectives
    • Experience in building and executing revenue strategies by segment and geography
    • Experience creating and presenting sales plans to executive team members and key stakeholders
    • Strong leadership and influencing skills
    • Strong communication skills; verbal and written
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
    • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
