[Job Summary]Sales manager is responsible for using their knowledge of company products or services to connect with consumers and generate sales for their employer. Their duties include developing sales pitches to sell products or services, making cold calls to sales leads or taking calls from prospective customers and maintaining documentation of their sales like invoices or client contracts.

[Job Description]- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls- Meeting planned sales goals- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them- Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education- Promoting the organization and products- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products

[Qualifications]- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or another business-related field- 3-5 years of experience in sales management within a corporate setting- Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams- Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook- Assertive, able to cope with pressure, a team player and- Comfortable working in a fast-moving dynamic, environmentPowered by JazzHRWdquY8LyTn
