Job Description:
We are seeking a committed individual to grow with us in a Key
Marketing Position.
EmpowerHome is The Trusted Real Estate Industry Solutions Provider,
supporting Realtors, Mega Teams, and Core Services Companies that
are essential to real estate transactions worldwide. As the shared
service provider for our partners, we deliver solutions for Lead
Generation, Inside Sales, Marketing, Database Management, Coaching,
Finance, Human Resources, Customer Experience, and more. Working
with real estate agents, real estate teams, loan officers,
insurance agents, and others, our Sales, Marketing, and Operations
teams provide industry-leading support services and training to
grow their business and increase client retention & satisfaction.

team player is essential, as you will be working closely with the
Marketing/Lead Generation Department that supports all businesses
within the organization.
These are the standards a well-above-average performer will
maintain or exceed:
--- The Expansion Project Manager oversees and executes the launch
of every new EmpowerHome location.
--- Builds and strengthens relationships with local leadership.
--- Serves as the conduit between the Expansion Businesses and
Headquarters.
--- Works with our Director of Emerging Markets and Executive
Leadership Team to ensure expectations are fulfilled in our
expansion locations.
--- Strong Organizational skills
--- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
--- Strong interpersonal skills
--- Persistent problem-solving skills
--- Proactive written and verbal communication skills
Compensation Package:
--- Annual Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience)
--- Bonus paid quarterly for each successful launch of a new
EmpowerHome location
--- Health Insurance (Reynolds Team covers 50% of the employee's
individual premium)
--- Dental and Vision Insurance (employee paid)
--- After 6 months on the team: Matching 401k
--- Full-Time position
--- Pay is Twice a Month (the 15th and last day of the month)
--- Two weeks of paid vacation (accrued) and 3 personal/sick days
(accrued)
Responsibilities:
--- Maintains consistent communication with Keller Williams Market
Center leadership throughout the launch process.
--- Run all expansion workflows in Process St and ensure deadlines
are met.
--- Coordinate with the Launch Team and Executive Leadership Team
to complete all launch tasks in Process St on time including but
not limited to:
--- Create and maintain master templates for all designs used
across all businesses owned by EmpowerHome
--- Mass Media setup prior to new location announcement
--- Market Center paperwork and office setup.
--- Market Center Logo and advertising compliance.
--- MLS and IDX Setup
--- New Entity Setup
--- Mailing campaign supplies and setup.
--- Online omnipresence and social media setup.
--- 36-touch setup.
--- Presentations and Folder materials.
--- Press Release.
--- Database & Tracking setup.
--- Listing marketing omnipresence templates.
--- Listing plans, photographer(s), stager(s), lock boxes and open
house setup.
--- Web design and publishing skills to maintain and develop the
company website
--- Design, create, and support email marketing campaigns
--- Anything else that is needed to help move EmpowerHome
businesses forward and help us impact more families and give back
to worthy causes. EmpowerHome culture is one where no one says

Qualifications:
--- 3-5 years of Management experience
--- 3-5 years of Real Estate experience
--- 3-5 years of Marketing/Graphic Design experience
--- Strong computer skills with knowledge of WordPress, Canva,
Adobe Suite, Google Workspace, Canva, MailChimp, Trello, and other
Marketing Tools
--- Travel Required
