As a permanent Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our construction projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and design to construction and post-construction activities.Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, construction, and post-construction activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Ensure that all construction projects are completed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Oversee the selection and management of contractors, subcontractors, and other vendors.
• Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure that project goals are aligned with overall company objectives.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Ensure that all projects are LEED certified and comply with sustainability standards.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
  • Experience with project finances, including budgeting and cost estimating.
  • Experience with LEED certification and sustainability standards.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
