The Corporate Director, Benefits & Compensation (CDCB) directs all aspects of benefits and compensation across the Company and within the Companys financial objectives. This includes but is not limited to strategic direction and activity for all compensation and benefits administration functions, compliance, plan engagement and education, auditing, plan design and management of all plans. These include but not limited to health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability and retirement plans. This position must build and maintain excellent external and internal relationships, understand both fully sourced and cosourced benefits environments and keeps pace with current labor market and trends. Additionally, the position requires the ability to adjust quickly to realtime changing priorities within a complex and fluid environment and across multiple Company systems and leading both federal and commercial business units.
