OverviewVTG is seeking a Project Management Systems Integrator in Herndon VA or Chantilly VA. What will you do?We are seeking a Project Manager / Systems Integrator with project management or technical systems integrator expertise to support a VTG prime contract. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Intelligence Community providing support to customers on technical projects. The candidate will work closely with customer program managers to help them manage a software development and O&M program integrating software solutions from two separate development teams. The candidate must have experience working on technical projects but is not required to have expertise in writing software. The candidate will be responsible for facilitating the Engineering Review Board chaired by the primary customer, facilitating working groups also led by the primary customer, coordinating and participating in project meetings, advising customers to effectively lead their program, drafting presentation materials for senior audiences, managing actions and driving their timely completion, and other related tasks as defined by the customer in support of the project.This position is on-site at a customer facility. Local travel, less than 20 miles from the primary work location, is required for weekly meetings at the developer locations.
