obtain a Top-Secret Clearance to support Kadiak and our government

demand for servicesThe candidate must also be able to apply
traditional and cutting-edge approaches and methods to a variety of
solutions along with a strong understanding of program management
principles and to be able to apply those principles within the
client's programEssential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may
include, but are not limited to:--- Shall advise and provide
support in organizing, maintaining, and administering the Client's
Program document repository, using existing collaboration tools,
such as SharePoint, and Microsoft Office suite so that the stored
documents are organized, easily accessible, and can be efficiently
used by the Client's personnel.--- Shall set up, configure, and
manage the program asset library for all program and project
documents and other information needed to assist in schedule
tracking, assessing project status and risks, event scheduling,
document reviewing, and other program and project level work.---
Responsible for coordinating with multiple programs to ensure
efficient collaboration, consistency, and provide guidance on
knowledge management best practices.--- Organize the repository
according to industry best practices and keep it up to date, so it
reflects the most current internal program and project
information.--- Follow configuration and change management process
when documents are placed under configuration controlWork
Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:--- Top Secret Clearance
Required--- 2 years of Content Management/Knowledge Management
experience--- 2 years' experience with progressively increasing
responsibility on statistical analysis/business intelligence
teams.--- Ability to assume lead role in contributing to the
development of standards and best practices surrounding the use of
knowledge management techniques and applications.--- Ability to
interact with multiple stakeholders at various levels within the
organization.--- Independent thinker with the ability to prioritize
work efforts to better service the client.--- Must have strong
working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite.---
Accounting background or experience conducting ROI (return on
investment) analysis and cost estimating/benefit analysis to inform
business decisions experience is preferred.--- Strong
organizational skills with a task-oriented mindset.--- Proficient
in design and maintenance of real time data warehousing and
business intelligence platforms with real time data acquisition and
reporting.--- Familiarity with information data security concepts,
practices and procedures.--- Experience assessing customer behavior
through data analytics would be valued.--- Strong presentation,
communications, and interpersonal skills.--- Ability to obtain and
maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related
advanced degreesEducation:--- Minimum bachelor's degree from an
accredited college or university in a relevant fieldWorking
