OPIR Program ManagerKey Role:Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed actions or decisions, and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.Basic Qualifications:2+ years of experience managing an IC programExperience managing complex and large contracts, including subcontract managementExperience managing software development teamsExperience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and applying it to a software development programKnowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile engineering and DevOpsAbility to manage Agile development to support Government requirements and on-the-job Agile methodology and requirements managementActive TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph examBachelors degree in CS, Systems Engineering, Software Development, Information Systems, or a Management fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationAdditional Qualifications:Experience managing an IDIQ contractExperience with cloud computing technologies and IC ITE services and environmentsExperience with Space Ground System solutionsExperience dealing with OPIR missions and solutions to rapidly changing mission requirementsClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.Create Your Career:Grow With UsYour growth matters to usthats why we offer a variety of ways for you to develop your career. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees.
