Business and Government is seeking a Senior Bid & Proposal
Operations Manager to steer our customer-centric proposal writing
team. As a senior leader, you will oversee our bid managers and
manage all operational aspects of our proposal processes,
contributing to the creation of winning responses that drive new
business and retain our valued clients. The role involves close
collaboration with top brass in Marketing, Legal, Sales,
Operations, Pricing, and Engineering to produce prompt, compliant,
and precise proposals that articulate T-Mobile's value proposition
and support sales efforts to seal deals.Key Responsibilities:Lead
and Inspire: Direct and motivate a team of 6 to 10 bid managers,
each a compliance expert and skilled storyteller. Guide them in
crafting persuasive proposals that showcase why T-Mobile is the top
choice, driving customers to act.Career Development: Align team

workflow, promote collaboration, and make tasks enjoyable through

quality of RFP responses.Leverage Analytics: Use data to track
trends and guide decision-making.Stay Informed: Keep the team
updated on T-Mobile's strategic direction, industry trends, and
customer drivers.Effective Communication: Synthesize complex
analysis into clear, executive-ready communications, and present
findings to senior leaders.Drive Excellence: Promote continuous
improvement in proposal creation through tools, teamwork, and
partnerships.Educate and Train: Act as a bid manager when needed to
mentor new team members and provide training.Project Management:
Break down projects into actionable components and coordinate
talent to achieve objectives.Data-Driven: Use data and technology
to refine processes and improve efficiency.The Expertise You
Bring:Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and elevate a team
while navigating a complex corporate environment to drive
results.Educational Background: Preferably a bachelor's degree in a
relevant field (Communications, Marketing, Organizational
Leadership, etc.) or equivalent experience. APMP involvement and
accreditation are a plus.Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in
leading proposal management teams or a similar setting. Leading
parallel roles within T-Mobile.Technical Proficiency: Expertise in
proposal management tools and a demonstrated capability in managing
both personnel and projects.Unique Strengths: Share your superpower

Preferences:Experience with Qvidian or other proposal automation
management software.Industry certifications or accreditations (AMA,
PMP, APMP).Other Considerations:Occasional travel (5-10%) may be

Bonus Target: 20%The pay range above is the general base pay range
for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's
actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location,
qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will
vary within this range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular,
non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic
sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate
employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or
individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the
employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions
in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on
