Job Title: Classification Management Officer 3Secure our Nation, Ignite your FutureManTech International Corporation is seeking a motivated, career-oriented Classification Management Officer 3 (CMO 3) to join our team in the Chantilly, VA area. As a CMO 3, you will provide comprehensive classification management guidance in accordance with Executive Orders, National Security guidelines, and ICD 710, Classification and Control Markings System.Responsibilities:

• Provide classification management guidance to senior customer leadership
• Perform detailed analysis and quick issue resolution
• Provide classification, control marking, and dissemination principles knowledge
• Generate, track, coordinate, and respond to action items in a timely manner
• Conduct classification reviews
• Identify and assess sources for classification determinationsRequirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 or more years of experience or Associates and 12 or more years of experience or Masters and 5 or more years of experience
  • Ability to handle complex security classification issues
  • Able to perform classification reviews
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SCI arena
  • Thorough understanding of Executive Order 13526 and its implementing directive
  • Thorough understanding of IC and DoD regulatory guidance
  • Excellent writing, communication, and research skills
  • Previous experience providing protection guidance to federal customersSecurity Requirements:
    • Must possess an active TS/SCI with PolygraphPhysical Requirements:
      • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
      • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
