Do:CACI is seeking Director level candidate with Business Strategy,
Price-to-Win, Competitive Intelligence and Systems to Architect
winning solutions. Do you have Engineering, Development and
Implementation experience with large, complex federal captures and
multi-year pursuits with independent solution
estimation/development?Your insights will play a crucial role in
guiding our approach and ensuring that CACI remains at the
forefront of the defense and intelligence sectors. - In this role,
you will be responsible for the planning, strategy development,
modeling, and implementation of Competitive Intelligence (CI) and
Price to Win (PTW) analysis for strategic CACI new business and
recompete proposals.This is a hybrid position, but fully remote
will also be considered. More About the Role:Execute Competitive
Intelligence/Price To Win top-down and bottoms-up should cost
estimates and competitor solution portfolio-based build
methodologies applied to statistical scoring models tailored to
specific opportunities.This position requires technical/system
architecture skills within various markets to independently
estimate level of effort for competitor solution approaches and a
willingness to expand estimation capabilities.Perform CI/PTW
comparison and analysis of competitor alternative solutions and
pricing strategies based on historical acquisition and award
activity.Work as an integral and active part of capture teams to
consider competitor alternative solutions and pricing strategies
aligned with customer requirements, selection criteria, and
historical buying behavior.Perform CI gathering, analysis,
competitive assessments, and support, operation, and maintenance of
CI knowledge management systems and improvement initiatives.Seeking
candidates experienced in use of parametric estimating methods and
software in support of solution development and competitor-based
solution alternatives analysis.You'll Bring These
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a
related field. - MBA is a plus. - A minimum of 12 years of
experience in the Government Contracting industry.At least 5 of
which with Price to Win strategies and independent competitor
solution developmentExperience with level of effort
estimation/basis of estimates (BOE's).Familiarity with tools and
platforms used for competitive intelligence and analysis.Experience
with briefing senior leadership.Understanding of the technical
aspects related to the industry.Ability to grasp new technologies
and methodologies.Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical
skills.Ability to obtain security clearance.Understanding of and
commitment to ethical standards.These Qualifications Would Be Nice
to Have:Master's degree or higher in Business Administration,
Engineering, or a related field.Industry-specific certifications
related to competitive intelligence, market analysis, solution
architecture, estimating (ICEAA, SEER, TruePlanning, ACEIT,

this position is $114,500-$251,900. There are a host of factors
