A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Platform
Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Data Platform team, fostering a
high-performance culture and driving innovative solutions
Attract top-tier talent and implement comprehensive onboarding,
training, and mentorship programs
Develop and maintain robust data engineering processes and
collaborate with stakeholders to align strategies with business
objectives
Required Qualifications
BA or MA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related
field
3+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field, with
expertise in modern data architectures and cloud platforms
5+ years of leadership experience managing teams in data-related
roles
5+ years of experience working with healthcare data and
understanding data governance and compliance
3+ years of experience in an agile environment with a focus on
iterative development and cross-functional collaboration
