Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Greenbelt, MD Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,288 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Must have an active State license Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: OASIS E & HCHB Pointcare EMR experience required Description: Home Health RN position available. Candidates must have experience with OASIS E and HCHB Pointcare EMR. Locals within a specified radius are accepted. The schedule includes 5x8 shifts from 08:00 to 17:00. BLS certification is required, and a state license is also necessary. Two years of experience is required, but first-time travelers with OASIS E experience will be considered. Candidates may be asked to float to cover another area based on staffing needs. The service area includes several counties, and contractors will be assigned specific zip codes according to staffing requirements. Mileage reimbursement is available from the first patient of the day to the last patient. All home care clinicians are expected to use their personal vehicles. Candidates must have a reliable vehicle that meets all licensure and insurance requirements. No weekend or call requirements are present in this role. The position involves working with adult and geriatric patients. Diagnoses may include wound care, CHF, diabetes, and other conditions requiring home health assistance. Candidates should have experience with case management and various home health procedures. Strong nursing skills are essential, including medication administration and IV management. A commitment to patient care and an ability to work independently in the community is required.
