About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health
to find a qualified Home Health RN in Washington, Washington DC,
20008! Home Health RN Registered Nurse Home Health 13 weeks Day
Shift 8 hours per shift Minimum of 2 years of experience Licensure:
DC license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: OASIS E
and HCHB Point care EMR experience required 2 years of home health
experience required Description: The Home Health RN will provide
skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Responsibilities
include conducting patient assessments and developing care plans.
The RN will perform various clinical tasks such as wound care,
medication administration, and case management. Experience with
OASIS E assessments is essential for this role. The RN may be
required to float to different zip codes based on staffing needs.
Mileage reimbursement is available, and personal vehicles are
required for transportation. Candidates must have reliable vehicles
and meet all insurance requirements. No call or weekend
