Job Description:
Cherokee Federal, a division of Cherokee Nation Businesses, is
seeking an experienced TECOM (Training and Evaluation Command)
Operations Manager to oversee our government contracts specializing
in operations and site management. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for strategic planning, efficient execution of training
programs, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. This
role is pivotal in supporting our mission to provide high-quality,
innovative solutions in construction, engineering, and IT services
to enhance operational capacities and meet the strategic objectives
of our clients worldwide. Plan, direct, and coordinate the
operations and activities of multiple training sites. Ensure all
training and operational processes align with government
regulations and standards. Develop and implement strategies to
optimize operational efficiency and resource utilization.
Collaborate with the engineering and IT departments to integrate
technology and improve service delivery. Manage budgeting and
procurement processes related to TECOM operations. Conduct regular
evaluations to assess training effectiveness and staff performance.
Liaise with government officials and other stakeholders to maintain
strong, collaborative working relationships. Strong leadership and
management abilities. Experience in governmental operations
management and compliance. Knowledge of training and educational
methodologies. Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
Ability to manage budgets and financial resources efficiently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across
departments. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance

Sigma Green Belt or similar efficiency and quality control
certifications are preferred.
