Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation, a leader in integrated healthcare
services, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to guide and
expand our network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, home
health agencies, and hospice agencies. The CEO will be responsible
for the strategic direction, operational execution, and overall
leadership of the organization, ensuring the delivery of
high-quality healthcare services across all branches. This role
requires an individual with a strong track record in healthcare
management, adept at balancing superior patient care with efficient
business operations and capable of steering our company through the
complexities of the healthcare industry. Develop strategic plans
that align with the mission and vision of Encompass Health
Corporation. Lead, inspire, and oversee the senior management team.
Ensure the provision of high-quality healthcare across all service
lines. Direct company operations to meet budget and other financial
goals. Drive the company’s performance by fostering innovation and
expanding service lines. Engage with external stakeholders
including regulatory bodies and partner organizations. Promote a
culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Strategic
planning and business acumen Leadership and organizational
