Rapidly and accurately assess patients' conditions, prioritize care based on urgency, and initiate appropriate interventions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following proper dosage and administration guidelines. Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, specialists, and other nurses, to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Document patient information, nursing observations, and interventions accurately and timely in electronic medical records. Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatment. Educate patients and their families about their medical condition, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions. Assist in emergency procedures, such as resuscitation efforts, trauma care, and stabilization of critically ill patients. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff, following infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
