Job Description: Home Health Aide will apply their experience,
skill, compassion, and training at the directive of a detailed
written care plan. Services performed will include; Companion Care,
Personal Hygiene Assistance, Transferring Assistance, Light House
Duty, Meal Prep, Medication Reminders, House Safety, Dressing
Assistance, Coordination of Schedules, and many more within the RSA
Level I & II guidelines. Requirements: Clear criminal background
check. Drivers license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle.
Maintain personal health to not jeopardize yourself, clients, or
co-workers. CPR certified. Live within service area (Eastern
Baltimore and Harford County) Pay & Employment: Hourly pay $18/hr.
Higher wage available with experience. Paid orientation. PTO, Bonus
Potential, and Referral Incentive Program (CNAs/HHA and Signed
Clients). Mileage reimbursement (between cases and/or driving
client). Care Coordination: Our product is YOU. A HHA/CNA who is
empowered, professionally lead/managed, regularly checked on by
phone and client visit drop ins, and understands they are the
