Our Respiratory Therapists play a crucial role in the assessment, intervention, and education of patients with respiratory disorders, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and practices to improve patient outcomes. Assess patient respiratory conditions using diagnostics and consultations to develop appropriate treatment plans. Perform and manage ventilation and airway management for patients. Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and management techniques. Maintain accurate patient records and comply with regulatory standards. Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient treatment and recovery. Participate in continued education to stay current with the latest practices and technologies in respiratory therapy. Proficient in using ventilators, CPAP machines, and other respiratory equipment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required. Active state respiratory care practitioner license.
