Pay: $2,140 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Hospital: TriCities Hospital Location: Hopewell, Virginia Address: 411 West Randolph Rd Unit Name: Rehabilitation Services Building: Main Cost General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds: 147 Patient Ratios: varies Unit staffing description: 2 primary floors- with unit secretaries and PCT s Type of equipment: All assistive devices and supplies for ADL s- Steps/parallel bars- 3rd floor Documentation system: Meditech Expanse Scheduling requirements: Flexible 8:00-4:30 or 8:30-5:00 Floating policy: n/a Patient Experience requirements: Make it great! Hospital Specifics- Certifications: Stroke Certified Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: Licensed Occupational Therapist Advanced skills needed: n/a Procedures performed on unit: Evaluation and Treatment of the acute care patient to include-Med/Surg-Joint/Spine, Telemetry/ ICU/PCU. Work closely with Case management team for placement recommendations Certifications Required: BLS-CPR Dress Code: (Required uniform) Scrubs, comfortable shoes. Usually wear black/royal blue, but any color is acceptable. Jeans not acceptable Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
