Job Description:

compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Counselor to join our
committed team. This role focuses on providing top-tier counseling
services, fostering a supportive environment, and contributing to
our mission of delivering patient-first healthcare. The Psychiatric
Counselor will work in various settings within our healthcare
network, playing a critical role in mental health management,
crisis intervention, and therapeutic programming. This position
requires proficiency in a range of therapeutic techniques, a deep
understanding of mental health disorders, and a strong commitment
to patient confidentiality and care. Conduct individual and group
therapy sessions to address mental health issues Develop and
implement effective treatment plans based on patient assessments
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient
care Provide crisis intervention services as needed Record and
maintain accurate patient records Stay current with developments in
the field of psychiatry and counseling Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Expertise in behavioral health assessments
Proficient in crisis management Ability to work collaboratively in
a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed as a Professional Counselor
or Clinical Psychologist Certification in Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy (CBT) is preferred
