Job Description Permanent Medical Director – Maternal Fetal
Medicine Position Type : Permanent Specialty : Physician – Maternal
Fetal Medicine Location : Virginia. Shift : Monday through Friday
On call Position Details: Patient Population: High-risk obstetric
and maternal fetal medicine patients Setting: Inpatient and
outpatient consult-only service within hospital-based practice
Responsibilities: Lead MFM practice, provide consult services,
oversee inpatient and outpatient coverage, collaborate with NICU
and OB teams Required Procedures: Maternal Fetal Medicine
consultative care and fetal diagnostics EMR System: Viewpoint and
Epic Support Staff: MFM physicians, Pediatrix-affiliated
Neonatologists, Level III NICU team Days Per Month: Full-time
schedule On-Call/Weekends: Yes, shared call coverage Submission
Requirements: Board Certified in OB/GYN Board Certified in Maternal
Fetal Medicine with fellowship training Virginia license (or
willing to obtain) BLS, ACLS, DEA, NPDB Self Query, and clean
