Job Description:

patient care delivery by implementing medical plans and providing
valuable health services under the supervision of registered nurses
and physicians. Ideal candidates are compassionate, detail-oriented

wellbeing. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent,
or disabled patients within facility-based and home-care settings.
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior to RNs
or medical staff. Implement prescribed medical treatments and
therapy measures. Record patient's medical information and vital
signs. Prepare and administer injections and enemas, monitor
catheters, dress wounds, and manage other basic care procedures.
Assist patients with daily living activities such as dressing,
bathing, eating, and transportation to medical appointments. Strong
knowledge of medical procedures, terminology, and healthcare
regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
interact with patients, family, and healthcare team. Proficiency in
managing medical records and information with meticulous attention
to detail. Ability to administer basic patient care activities and
record vitals accurately. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Must possess a valid LPN/LVN license in the state of
employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
