Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with nursing philosophy, organizational standards, and legal regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary health care teams to provide optimal outcomes for patients. Perform clinical tasks such as assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations to meet patient needs. Administer medications properly and monitor responses. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatments, and health maintenance. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and patient records. Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to make quick and accurate decisions Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license BLS/ACLS certification PALS certification is preferable for those assigned to pediatric units
