Three practice locations serving Southern Delaware and Maryland's Eastern Shore communities. Opportunity to join a state-of-the-art, high-volume ENT practice with limited regional competition. Strong and consistent referral base with year-round patient volume. Each physician supported by a dedicated medical assistant. Current team includes twp physicians, one physician assistant, four audiologists, and a certified audiology assistant. Ideal candidate interested in long-term growth, partnership, and transition to full ownership. Position Offers: Competitive base compensation: $400,000 Partnership opportunity with a path to ownership. - Typically take a year for partnership eligibility Profit sharing. 401(k) retirement plan.
