Ivy Rehab is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Physical Therapist (Ortho) to join our dynamic team. This role specifically focuses on orthopedic cases, helping patients recover mobility and manage pain after injuries or surgeries. As a member of the Ivy Rehab team, you will work in a collaborative environment where continuous learning and professional development are highly valued. Evaluate patient conditions based on orthopedic consultations and assessments. Develop tailored treatment plans to address patient-specific needs focusing on orthopedic recovery. Implement physical therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and decrease pain. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and at-home exercises. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Stay updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and technologies relevant to orthopedic care. Expertise in orthopedic physical therapy techniques Ability to create and follow through with individualized treatment plans Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency with physical therapy software and documentation Capability to work both independently and collaboratively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy License Additional certification in orthopedic physical therapy (OCS) preferred
