Educate patients and families about health programs and maintenance. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan supportive care. Document patient progress and adapt programs as needed. Strong understanding of physical therapy modalities and techniques Ability to educate patients and their families Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in documenting and track patient progress Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice CPR certified Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) preferred
