Job Description Job Description We are looking for highly trained home care specialists to provide exceptional care to our clients. We offer full and part-time job positions. Caregivers at Keystone Residential Living have the following responsibilities: 1. Provide only those services written in the plan of care and received as written instructions from the registered nurse supervisor as permitted under State law. 2. The performance of simple procedures as an extension of therapy services; 3. Personal care; 4. Ambulation and exercise; 5. Assistance with the nutritional needs of the patient; 6. Household services essential to health care at home; 7. Assistance with medications that is ordinarily self-administered; 8. Reporting changes in the patient’s condition and needs; 9. Completing appropriate records. Job Requirements: Home Health Aide certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
