Palm Health Resources is hiring several experienced Cardiothoracic Advanced Practice Providers for a high profile health system in West Virginia!

We are open to considering locum, locum to perm and perm candidates for the role!

We are hiring a Lead Cardiothoracic PA and staff Pas to support the expansion of the program. This is a working lead position with administrative oversight and clinical duties.

These positions are full continuum of care cardiothoracic PA roles with Operating Room duties, ICU, pre and post op care.

The Lead Role combines hands-on inpatient cardiothoracic surgery care with clinical leadership responsibilities. The Clinical Lead APP will help coordinate APP staffing, education, onboarding, and ongoing professional development while supporting quality improvement and operational efficiency across the service line.

Provide direct inpatient cardiothoracic surgery care

Lead and support APP staffing, coverage, and workflow coordination

Oversee onboarding, training, and clinical competency development

Serve as a clinical role model and support team performance and engagement

Collaborate with physicians and leadership to improve quality and efficiency

Support performance improvement, research, and clinical initiatives

Assist with credentialing and ensure adherence to clinical standards and protocols

Facilitate communication across clinical teams and departments

Ideal Candidate

Experienced in high-acuity surgical or ICU environments

Comfortable balancing clinical work with leadership responsibilities

Strong communicator and team builder
