Staffmark has immediate long term opportunities for Customer Service Associates in Chantilly VA The customer service associate will provide effective customer service and technical support by establishing a working relationship with customers through communication via email, chat, telephone or in person with customers or company employees. The Customer Service Associate will assist with placing orders for customers, schedule photo shoots, 3D scans, aerial shoots and video.-- --The Customer Service Associate will assist in maintaining and monitoring personal data for customers, assist with any technical issues customers may have, troubleshoot and resolve any issues.-- The Customer Service Associate utilizes various software, word processing and spreadsheet applications.-- They will generate correspondence to secure additional customer information to resolve customer disputes.-- The Customer Service Associate will answer sales calls, chats, etc. and serve as a liaison with visual media, production and shipping personnel.-- They will also need the ability to sell and upgrade products and services.-- Competencies: -Customer/Client Focus. -Communication Proficiency. -Organizational Skills. -Problem Solving/Analysis. -Technical Capacity. This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Friday through Tuesday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM unless otherwise agreed upon different hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Required Education and Experience 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
