Each of our Design Centers house state-of-the-art showrooms, dedicated contractor sales counters and on-site, fully stocked warehouses.All About You::Mosaic is currently seeking a Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Designer to join our experienced consultative design team. The Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Designer is responsible for consultations with customers to include the design, selection and sales of Mosaic's newly launched Semi-Custom and Custom Cabinetry Design Program. This position is expected to maintain a sales-focused attitude in conjunction with the ability to provide customers with exceptional service, industry expertise and creative design options.What You'll Do::

• Work with Trade Partners (Builders, Contractors, and Designers) to assist in the selection and design of custom cabinetry
• Develop ongoing relationships with customers, builders and contractors to create unique installations, designs, and product suggestions
• Utilize a consultative sales approach when working with customers, consistently suggesting enhancements, add-ons and alternate solutions
• Remain up-to-date on all products, materials, finishes and options
• Consistently maintain a perfectionists' approach in regards to the design process, ensuring that all designs capture correct measurements and product selectionsWhat We're Looking For::
  • Minimum of 5 years of custom cabinet design experience
  • High proficiency in 20/20 Design Software is required
  • Strong consultative sales experience with proven success of achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Knowledge of successful sales techniques and closing strategies
  • Outgoing and personable, with a drive for achieving success and producing results
  • Comfortable establishing, building, and maintaining professional relationships with customers
