Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution, increasing profit and enhancing the customer experience Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment by leading staff coaching and developments Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, and employment Implement efficient processes and standards to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability Handle guest queries and complaints with the utmost professionalism Work closely with the culinary team to maintain consistent food quality and presentation Prepare reports and present the results to senior management concerning staff performance, food control, and sales targets Schedule staff shifts and organize replacements as necessary Maintain inventory levels and order supplies while managing the budget Proven leadership and staff management abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure Comprehensive understanding of restaurant management software and point of sale (POS) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Food Safety Manager Certification Certified Restaurant Manager (CRM) certification is a plus
