Your role is essential in setting the tone for a positive and engaging gym experience. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, supporting daily gym operations, and ensuring every member feels welcomed, informed, and motivated. Key Responsibilities: Greet members, guests, and staff in a friendly, professional, and energetic manner. Check members into the system and verify memberships. Handle incoming calls, answer questions about gym services and policies, and route inquiries as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area. Assist with member check-ins and account questions and membership sales Manage retail transactions, including selling merchandise, snacks, and beverages using POS systems. Monitor gym traffic to ensure member safety and proper facility usage. Assist with opening and closing duties, and maintain accurate shift notes and reports if necessary Promote upcoming events, training packages, and club initiatives. Follow company procedures and uphold Golds Gym brand standards. Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to management. Qualifications: Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred. Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly. Understanding of cash handling and point-of-sale transactions. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and dependable. Current CPR certification (required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire). Must be available to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
